A per-transaction cap (500,000) and a rolling 24-hour cap (5,000,000) bound any minting within a single day.
Each L1 lock is referenced by a unique hash. The same reference can never be minted twice.
Minting, pausing, and admin are three different roles. A compromised relayer can mint (up to caps) but can never pause or escalate its own power.
Granting the bridge role requires a 48-hour timelock, giving the community time to react to any change.
Admin and guardian roles are held by a Gnosis Safe multisig — no single-key control anywhere.
WMBTX deploys paused with zero supply. Nothing is live until the multisig explicitly enables the bridge — a safe state for verification and audit.

Follow these steps to add WMBTX Token to your MetaMask wallet on Polygon.
Open MetaMask, click the network selector, and choose Polygon. If not listed, add it manually with chain ID 137.
Scroll to the bottom of your assets list and click "Import tokens" to add a custom token.
Enter the contract address below. The symbol and decimals should auto-fill.
Click "Import" and your WMBTX balance will appear in your wallet instantly.
